What Type of Carpet Cleaner Do You Use?

• We use Host®--a cellulose based 'micro sponges' containing a mild organic solvent, natural surfactants, anti-static and anti-bacterial agents as well as Citrus perfumes. A pH factor of 7.5 ensures our process is suitable for all types of carpet ranging from wool to synthetic blends. These micro sponges are then evenly spread over the carpet and immediately agitated into the carpet pile, either manually or  mechanically with our powerful Host® Carpet Cleaning machine which have dual counter rotating brushes that move vertically through carpet pile, deep cleaning, lifting, and deodorizing your carpet. The agitation process activates the 'micro sponge' and the dissolved dirt is absorbed and en capsulated.

How Does HOST® Dry Extraction Carpet Cleaning Work?

• HOST Dry Carpet Cleaner Dissolves and Traps Dirt. HOST Dry Carpet Cleaner is all natural and contains a balanced blend of moisture, detergent and a small amount of safe-to-use solvents. HOST dissolves and traps greasy, oily dirt, spots and odors as it is brushed into the carpet.  Because HOST is a low-moisture cleaner, carpet can be walked on during cleaning and is ready for use immediately after cleaning. Please note that on pre-treated areas, i.e., high traffic area, spots,etc., drying time may take 1 hour.

Will Your System damage my carpets?

• No--- H & M Carpet Cleaning process will not shrink, stretch, or de-laminate the backing and will not rot either under felt or carpet.

How Long Does a Carpet Cleaning Take?

• Complete operation takes approximately 1-2 hours depending on amount of rooms, and carpets are left absolutely dry.

• It is true that some carpet should be replaced rather than cleaned. If you feel that your carpet may need to be replaced please let us know prior to scheduling a cleaning appointment with us. If you are unsatisfied with our work simply contact us within 3 days and we will do what we can to rectify the matter.
