What Type of Carpet Cleaner Do You Use?
- We use a cleaner containing
a mild, organic solvent, natural surfactants, anti-static and
anti-bacterial agents as well as Citrus perfumes. A pH factor of 7.5
ensures our process is suitable for all types of carpet ranging from
wool to synthetic blends. The cleaner is evenly
misted over the carpet and immediately agitated into the carpet pile,
either manually or mechanically with our powerful Carpet Cleaning
machine which have dual counter rotating brushes that move vertically
through carpet pile, deep cleaning, lifting, and deodorizing your
carpet. The agitation process activates the cleaner and the
dissolved dirt is absorbed and encapsulated.
How Does Dry Extraction Carpet Cleaning Work?
- The cleaner dissolves and traps greasy, oily dirt, spots and odors as it is brushed into the carpet. Because it is a low-moisture cleaner, carpet can be walked on during cleaning and is ready for use immediately after cleaning. Please note that on pre-treated areas, i.e., high traffic area, spots,etc., drying time may take 1 hour.

What type of guarantee do you offer?
- It is true that some carpet should be replaced rather than cleaned. If you feel that your carpet may need to be replaced, please let us know prior to scheduling a cleaning appointment with us. If you are unsatisfied with our work simply contact us within 3 days and we will do what we can to rectify the matter.
- Spots: We do our best to remove spots, but some spots are permanent and we can't guarantee their removal.
