Exclusive Five Step Carpet Cleaning Service Entails:
1.Vacuuming: Vacuuming is a very important part of our
carpet cleaning service and system. 80-85% of soil is dry particles (dust, hair,
sand, dead skin, dust mites, pet dander, and other allergens) and are best
removed when dry.
2.Pre-treat spots and heavy traffic lanes
as needed, and brush the treatment in with our powerful machine.
3.Our carpet
cleaning company uses Host® Dry Extraction Cleaning System.Our cleaner are
millions of
tiny, absorbent sponge-like particles that contain trace amounts of water and
cleaning agents deep clean by dissolving and trapping greasy, oily dirt.
Host® Carpet Cleaning Sponges is distributed on the carpet. Host® is environmentally safe and is biodegradable.
4.Our 4th step is to deep brush scrub the Host sponges with
our Host® Carpet Cleaning machine.
Host® Carpet Cleaning machines have dual counter rotating
brushes that move vertically through carpet pile, lifting as they clean. Host®
absorbs, traps and removes soil, leaving carpet clean, dry and ready to use
immediately! Host® Carpet Cleaning system is unlike any other carpet cleaning
system. Our system employs physical contact vs.
water saturation.
5.Vacuuming/Extraction: This is the final
step. Residential appointments usually take 1-4 hours.

Our (straight-forward) rates are as follows:
- $55.00 is our minimum charge.
- For
the safety of your property we do not move heavy, electronic or
breakable items. We will move what we can (end tables, chairs).
If you need lots of furniture moved, an additional fee will apply.
- 1-2 Areas $79.00... up to 300 sq ft
1-3 Areas $99..00... up to 450 sq ft
Prices may be higher in cases where carpet condition is considered heavily soiled/stained or where room sizes are larger.
- Combined
living areas, L-shaped rooms and great rooms (up to 250 sq ft) are
considered 2 rooms. An area is defined as a room, hall, bath, steps, or large
walk-in closet.
Our
Guarantee
It is true
that some carpet should be replaced rather than cleaned. If you feel that your
carpet may need to be replaced please let us know prior to scheduling a cleaning
appointment with us. If you are unsatisfied with our work simply contact us
within 3 days and we will do what we can to rectify the matter.

We make
every effort to remove spots, but some spots/stains are permanent and we DO NOT guarantee their removal.
Note:
Do You Own Low Loop Berber Carpet? If your carpet is a tight low-looped Berber
AND if you have ever had your carpet wet cleaned before, we are unable to
guarantee your complete satisfaction. Our dry carpet cleaning system will clean
your Berber carpet and will provide excellent results BUT our system will not
remove any detergent residue left behind by wet carpet cleaning systems. Read
